Twitter describes itself as “a real-time short messaging service that works over multiple networks and devices.” We’d be inclined to call it a micro-blog that’s all about now.
Basically, Twitter asks one question, “What are you doing?” Answers must be under 140 characters in length and can be sent via mobile texting, instant message, or the web.
So, if you want to keep up with what we’re doing now, just follow us on Twitter. It’s free and it can let you in on things you wouldn’t otherwise know were happening.
