Download SpreadsheetConverter
This is the download page for all flavors of SpreadsheetConverter, whether you want to upgrade or take the free trial. After you've installed the program it appears in Excel's menu. Just press the Convert button in the menu and your spreadsheet is converted to a web page.
If you encounter any problems during the download, installation or use of SpreadsheetConverter, don't hesitate to contact our Help Desk and they will do their best to get you started. To download version 5, please visit the release archive.
Version 6
We have simplified the installation process in version 6. One common installation file now includes all flavors (Flash, HTML, iPhone/Android and ASP.NET) and both editions (Standard and Professional) of SpreadsheetConverter. You can use any number of flavors simultaneously.
During your free trial period, you can switch freely between the different flavors. After testing, you can buy one or more license keys to permanently unlock the version 6 editions and flavors you need. When you update the program, all flavors and editions are conveniently updated at the same time. As your needs change, you can unlock additional flavors without installing the program again.
If you're short on hard disk space and don't need to generate Flash output, we have also provided a much smaller download file.
Excel 2013
Neither 6.9 or the new 6.10 is compatible with Excel 2013. The new 7.0 Beta supports Excel 2013.
Version 7 Beta
If you buy version 6 today, the upgrade to version 7 is free. We will deliver license keys once the final version 7 is released.
Major highlights:
- Excel 2013 and Office 365 is supported
- HTML charts which works in all modern browsers
- SpreadsheetConverter for iPhone/Android supports charts in your mobile phone
- Easy to test on iPhone and Android with the help of Dropbox and QR-codes.
Version 7.0 beta can be tested using your version 6 key. Version 6 and version 7 can be installed side by side.
Problems with 7.0 Beta
- We do not support x axis formatting yet.
- If you have chart with axis title and axis labels in decimals format, the title may overlap with axis labels.
- In Scatter chart, the Excel series color is not supported yet and also with line series is not supported.
- The charts works fine in all IPhone devices, though there are some issues with Android.
- We recommend users to have Preview pane of Windows Explorer closed while opening the Excel files directly with double click.

Instructions
When the download starts
After you've clicked on one of the download links, your browser will usually ask you what you want to do with the file. We suggest you select the option that is called "Open", "Run" or similar. This will save the program file in a temporary location, then start the installation automatically.
If the browser only provides a Save option, or if you want to keep the installation file after the program has been installed, select Save and point the browser to a suitable folder on your hard disk. You will need the program file later, so make a note of where you saved it!
After the download
When the download is complete, installation will start automatically if you select Open or Run in the previous step. If you saved the file on your hard disk, start the Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder where you saved the file, then double-click on the program file to start the installation. The installation will prompt you to stop Excel if it is running.
After the installation
SpreadsheetConverter is an add-on to Microsoft Excel, so you cannot start it from the Windows Start menu. Start Excel instead, and check out the new SpreadsheetConverter menu in Excel.
For detailed information about the changes in each update, read the release notes.
